    How do I make Orbit™ my primary phone book so that the Orbit icon appears on the main iphone page?
    First keep your finger pressed on the "Orbit" application icon. Once the icons begin to wobble, you can rearrange them. You can have 4 icons on your launcher, so first you should drag one of them off of the launcher bar to make room. Then drag the "Orbit" icon onto the bar.


    Will Orbit delete my native address book?
    No. The native phone book is never erased from the device and thus you are never in danger of losing information that had been previously programmed into the phone.


    How do I create an orbit?
    Creating an orbit is simple. From the top menu click the ‘Orbit’ button and then the ‘Create Orbit’ button located on the top left. You will be prompted to enter an orbit name and then to select contacts to be included in this orbit.


    How do I sync my contacts with Facebook?
    Syncing with Facebook is easy. From the bottom menu select the ‘Me’ button and then select ‘Facebook Settings’. Once you select the ‘Start Pairing with Facebook’ button the process will begin automatically.



    How do I sync my contacts with Twitter?
    Syncing with Twitter is easy. From the bottom menu select the ‘Me’ button and then select ‘Twitter Settings’. Once you select the ‘Start Pairing with Twitter’ button the process will begin automatically.


    Why can’t I sync my contacts with more social networks?
    Orbit currently supports Facebook and Twitter, but will continue to add additional social networks through upgrades over the coming months.


    What is Social Volume™ control?
    This unique to Orbit feature allows you to control the level of communication from your groups of contacts (orbits) as well as how often you will receive push notifications.


    How do I control the amount of push notifications I receive on my phone?
    You can control the amount of push notifications two ways. First there is a global volume button that enables you to turn notifications on or off. Just select the ‘Volume’ button in the lower navigation and choose ‘Global Volume’. In the ‘Volume’ tab you can also select by contact or contact group (orbits) and adjust how often the push notifications are sent to your phone.


    How do I fix a mis-paired contact?
    From the ‘All’ list, go to the mis-paired contact. Click on the contact to enter the contact details screen. Make sure that you are on the "Info" tab. If you scroll down you will notice there are unpair buttons for Facebook and for Twitter.


    How do I turn off auto-updating of my contacts profile pictures?
    You can navigate from the ‘Me’ tab at the bottom to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Preferences’. At the bottom of the list you will see the option "Update Contact Photos from Networks." Switch this to "OFF".
